Unfinite Inc. ("we", "us") collects minimal data necessary to provide our security services. This includes business contact information (email, name) provided voluntarily during access requests. In our runtime environment, we process telemetry data strictly for threat detection. We do not inspect payload contents unless explicitly configured by the customer for DLP purposes.
We use your information to: verify identity for platform access, deliver security updates, and improve our detection algorithms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is zero-trust by design. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel with a specific business need.
As a company currently in stealth, all product specifications, documentation, and pricing shared with you are considered Confidential Information. Accessing our documentation requires a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
